Owners Club Menorca has its own  Pool Company which offers a thoroughly professional service.

Prices are determined by the size of the pool and include all necessary chemicals. There is no annual contact. The invoices are clearly itemized and are sent out quarterly.

Other services offered include:

• Pressure Cleaning for terraces & pool surrounds. Ideal for removing mildew and other dirt.

• Ant spraying for villas, apartments and terraces . The formula used is extremely effective whilst it is not harmful to either furnishings or plants.

• Annual pump maintenance contract - the pool pump is given a thorough service and then guaranteed for a whole year. All breakdowns for that year including pump replacement if necessary are free of charge.
