could be the ideal choice. Situated halfway along the south coast, Son Bou has the
longest, and some say the best, sandy beach in Menorca. There are plenty of fun
and water sports activities to sample and the gently shelving, fine sand that leads

strong currents so care should always be taken.
Backed by sand dunes and freshwater marshes, the 2 mile long beach at Son Bou has

close to the beach makes for easy access and the area is regularly patrolled by lifeguards.

One of Menorca's most important prehistoric settlements at Torre d'en Gaumes is only three miles away, while the remains of a 5th century Paleo Christian basillica can be seen on the beach itself to the east side of the resort.
