Owners Club Menorca is a club exclusively for people who own, or who are thinking of owning a holiday property in Menorca. We are a family run concern, which operates principally for the benefit of its members. As such, the well being of all members is of primary concern to us as without them there would not be a club. | ||

The club has been established for over ten years and is committed to offering the highest possible standard of service, personal attention and competitive prices. By offering friendly and personal attention, we believe in doing everything we can to arrange exactly the service you want. The main aim of Owners Club Menorca is to provide a personal service which responds to each individual member’s requirements whilst offering complete confidentiality. Consequently since we started the club has developed many services in response to requests from our members. The Owners Club is primarily a club not a management company and consequently the wishes of our members always comes first....... There is no annual management fee - only a one time club subscription of just £25. For this members receive everything a management company would offer plus much more... |

Sent to every Member. It includes club information, updates members on any new legal developments, has an information section and pertinent island news. Feedback and recommendations from other members are encouraged and included in the newsletter. It is the club’s forum for information and discussion. |

Discounts and/or special offers have been negotiated with a major car hire provider CAR HIRE Although discounts may vary depending on the time of year and type of car involved, most members find they easily recoup the annual club subscription using our rates!
The club also offers a variety of management and property services, all of which, are individually tailored to meet the member’s needs and requirements. There are no contracts and services can be altered or even cancelled at any time.
